Product description:
•The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening conjugate hollow polyester fiber, wool, wadding fiber waste, and other filling fiber shorter than 100mm. High capacity can be from 200kg to 400kg per hour.
Functionality & application:
1.Preliminary opening the raw material fibers,
2.While it also helps to filter off impurities and mix the fibers.

Structure:
1) The frame is made and welded by 10mm thick Q235-A steel plate, with qualitative processing.
2) Feeding lattice is leather belt matched with bale openers to provide transfer the fiber.
3) The feeding roller is Φ150mm steel groove roller with counter-press structure from up and down.
4) The opening roller is Φ520mm seamless steel tube matched with aluminum pin plates, calibrated dynamic balance.
5) Transferring fan is driving separately, matched with transferring air hose Φ300mm, and there is powerful magnet on the transitional part.
6) Feeding is controlled by the photoelectricity of cabinet collector or blending machine with reversing switch.
7) It's main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable, long life and lower maintenance.
8) The rollers are made by wire, which is stable, long life and lower maintenance, the material opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.
9) Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise, shaking.
